• Users must be legally eligible to participate in online betting under the laws of their own country.
• Registrations from regions where online betting is prohibited by law will not be accepted.
• Providing a false date of birth at registration will be treated as fraud.

• Cashback bonuses are calculated solely on your net losses for the specified week.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled unless exceptional circumstances apply. Where a cash-out option is available in live betting, the decision rests entirely with the user.

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, 84 bd reserves the right to void that bet.
• If one or more legs of an accumulator bet are cancelled, the remaining legs will be used to recalculate the bet.
• If a sports match is abandoned before the scheduled time, a decision will be made based on the circumstances.

• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or attempting money laundering is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information is a violation of both the law and these Terms & Conditions.
• Harassment, intimidation, or abuse directed at other users or staff is strictly prohibited.

84 bd reserves the right to suspend or deactivate any account at any time, particularly in cases of terms violations. Users may also choose to close or temporarily suspend their own account.

• To close your account voluntarily, contact the support team. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn beforehand.
• An account will be marked inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months.
• A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be cancelled before the specified period ends.

84 bd is not liable for losses arising from technical errors, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions. While we make every effort to keep the platform running, scheduled maintenance may occasionally cause downtime.

• Any dispute regarding a betting outcome must be submitted to support in writing within 7 days.
• 84 bd's decisions are final, but users may appeal to the licensing authority if they believe a decision was unfair.
